Export Compliance

Export control laws restrict certain types of information, technologies, and commodities that can be transmitted overseas to individuals, organization, or foreign governments, including U.S. citizens, or be made available to foreign nationals on U.S. soil.

IDSS is committed to complying with all applicable U.S. export control laws. We are registered with the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) and it is part of our policy to screen potential buyers and partners against the Excluded Parties List System and other databases.

Please be advised that several items listed on our website are subject to one or more U.S. export control laws and as such IDSS will take the proper precautions before completing any transaction.

WARNING

The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment outside of the U.S. of any product prohibited or restricted for export without complying with U.S. export control laws and regulations, including proper export licensing, documentation or authorization, is strictly prohibited and may result in civil penalties and/or constitute a federal crime. IDSS will NOT engage in any transaction that requires the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products.
